Booking Fee & Minimum Spend

A booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. This fee is non-refundable.

A minimum spend of £399 applies to all sessions (excluding mini's)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible.

• If the session is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date.

• If cancelled within 24 hours of the session, the booking fee will be forfeited.

• In some cases, if the session is rebooked by another client, a refund may be considered.

Session Type & Expectations

Session types are clearly defined at the time of booking.

Mini sessions are designed for specific setups and time limits. They do not include additional poses, props, or family/sibling images unless stated at the time of booking.

Upgrading to a full session is required for more variety and extended setups.

Copyright & Image Usage

All images remain the copyright of the Photographer.

The Photographer may use images for:

• Portfolio

• Website

• Social media

• Marketing and promotional purposes

If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform the Photographer in writing before your session.

Client Use of Images

Images are supplied for personal use only.

Clients may:

• Share images on social media

• Print images for personal use

Clients may not:

• Sell images

• Edit, alter, or apply filters to images

• Allow third parties to reproduce images

Where possible, credit to the Photographer is appreciated when sharing online.

Editing & Image Style

All images are edited in the Photographer’s signature style.

Standard editing includes:

• Light skin retouching

• Colour and exposure adjustments

Additional edits (such as body changes, background alterations, or advanced retouching) may be available at an additional cost of £15 per image, at the Photographer’s discretion.

File Storage

Client images are stored for up to 6 months after the session date.

After this time, files may be permanently deleted. The Photographer is not responsible for archiving images beyond this period.

Liability

While every care is taken during sessions, the Photographer is not responsible for:

• Injury to children or adults

• Damage to personal belongings or property

Clients are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Photographer Availability

In the unlikely event the Photographer is unable to carry out the session due to illness or circumstances beyond their control, all monies paid will be refunded.

The Photographer is not liable for any additional compensation beyond this.

Image Loss or Technical Issues

Whilst all reasonable care is taken, the Photographer is not liable for:

• Loss or damage of images due to technical failure

• Equipment malfunction

• Circumstances beyond their control

Liability is limited to the value of the session.

Other Photography

No other professional or amateur photographers are permitted to photograph during the session unless agreed in advance.

Creative Control

All images are taken and edited at the Photographer’s discretion, based on their professional judgement and artistic style.

Communication

All important communication (including date or location changes) must be confirmed via email.
